One of the most important things to win a robot soccer game is to detect the ball.
For humans it seems easy to detect the white-black pattern on a soccer field. But robots do have some problems to tell apart the ball from a cross, a foot or a goalpost.
But with a lot of time, sweat and blood over the last months we taught our robots, how the ball looks like and to recognize it.
